Monthly Single Student Tuition Rates
Call for Class Pricelist
Tuition, without exception, will be due at the first lesson of each month. If you submit tuition payment for the year in August, you will receive a 10% discount. Past due accounts will be assessed a $5 late fee. There are NO refunds regarding tuition. The studio follows the school calendar. The studio will be closed for Christmas recess, mid winter recess and April/Spring recess. There are NO exceptions to the studio policy.
This nonrefundable fee includes registration to the studio, monthly newsletters and mailings throughout the season. The fee for our 2019-2020 season is either one of the following:
$25.00 per student
$35.00 family fee
• Students must be properly dressed to take class
• All students should have hair up.
• There are no refunds or makeups if a student misses a class.
STUDENT DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Please pick up your child on time. Many classes are scheduled back to back, therefore, there isn’t anyone to supervise your child after her/his class has ended.

Regular attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Please make every effort to have your child at every class. All solo and duet students must contact the studio within 24
hours prior to a cancellation or they will be charged their lesson fee.
HELP KEEP OUR SCHOOL CLEAN
In order to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our school for our young dancers, we have established a no food policy in the studio for dancers, visiting siblings and parents. Supervision and proper conduct of visiting children is expected.
Each month Amy Lynn’s Dance Studio has a studio newsletter designed to keep you informed on current events and activities at the studio. Monthly newsletters will be distributed the first week of each month.

COSTUME FEE & RECITAL FEE
A $45.00 nonrefundable costume deposit is required per child/per class the second week in October. Due to renovations at the Orchard Park High School Auditorium, the rental rates have increased for the upcoming season. A Recital Fee of $25.00 per child is due by November 10, 2018. Costume balances must be paid in full by December 20, 2018. Your child will receive the information weeks in advance.
We are patiently waiting for the OPHS to release our 2019 Recital Dates, as soon as we have them they will be posted immediately. June recital will either be 2nd or 3rd weekend in June.
